Join us as we celebrate Sugar From the Forest! We have lots of fun planned for this day – you can watch how the maple sap that we have been collecting gets turned into maple syrup in the Sugar Shack – be sure and sample some over vanilla ice cream! The house will be open with so many good foods in the kitchen – soups & stews, corned beef, baked beans, rolls, desserts, & more! The barn will be open so you can see and explore our wonderful artifacts. The blacksmithing shop will be open with demonstrations going on. Pick up a maple “recipe book”. And we are working on a few more fun events for the day, so keep checking back!!
